코로나19 확진자 재택치료

1. 확진 통보 및 확진자 조사서 작성

• 검사결과(양성) 문자메시지 수신

• 확진자 자기기입식 조사서 작성(문자메시지 내 URL 접속)

• 코로나19 재택치료 관련 의료기관(호흡기환자 진료센터, 의료상담센터 등) 이용 가능

2. 격리 관리

• 격리의무는? 재택치료자는 주거지 이탈이나 장소 이동 불가

• 격리기간은? 예방 접종력과 관계없이 검체 채취일로부터 7일이 되는 날 자정(24:00)까지 격리

• 격리해제는? 검체 채취일로부터 7일차 자정(24시)에 자동 해제되며, 해제 전 PCR검사는 받지 않음

• 격리해제 이후에는? 해제 후 3일간 주의 권고

▶외출 가능하나, KF94 마스크 상시 착용, 다중이용시설 등 방문 제한 및 사적모임 자제

3. 생활관리

• 가족간 전파예방을 위해 재택치료자, 공동격리자, 동거인은 가급적 필수공간(화장실 등)을 분리하여 사용하세요.

※ 분리가 불가능할 경우 매 사용 후 소독하되, 물을 내릴 때 에어로졸이나 물방울이 튀지 않도록 변기 뚜껑을 덮어주세요.

• 동거가족과 같은 공간에서 식사 및 활동을 삼가주세요.

• 주기적으로 창문을 열어 환기하고, 격리기간 동안 일 1회 이상 격리장소 청소 및 자가 소독하여 주세요.

*동거가족 행동 요령

① 3일 이내 PCR검사, 음성시 6~7일차에 신속항원검사

② PCR 검사결과 나올 때까지 자택 대기 권고

③ 출근 및 불가피하게 외출할 경우 KF94 마스크 착용, 대면접촉 최소화, 다중이용시설 등 방문 제한 및 사적모임 자제

④ 의심증상 발생시 의료기관 방문, 증산 호전시까지 자택 대기

① 대면진료 : 가까운 호흡기환자 진료센터 사전예약 후 이용 가능

• 이동방법은? 도보, 개인차량 (본인운전도 가능) 등으로 이동

• 비용부담은? 코로나19 확진으로 대면진료 시 진찰료(본인부담금) 발생

• 의약품 수령은? 대면진료 후 처방의약품 대면 수령 가능(약제비 본인부담금 발생)

*KF94이상 마스크 착용 등 방역수칙 준수

※단, 코로나19 먹는 치료제는 전액 국가지원

② 비대면진료 : 호흡기환자 진료센터 및 의료상담센터 전화상담·처방 가능

• 이용방법은? 재택치료자가 의료기관에 전화 상담·처방 요청 전화를 하면, 의료기관과 상의하여 가능한 시간에 상담

• 비용부담은? 코로나19확진으로 비대면 진료시 진찰료(본인부담금) 발생, 전화상담관리료(본인부담금) 면제

• 의약품 수령은? 대리인 수령 원칙, 불가능할 경우 환자 본인 수령 또는 퀵비 본인 부담 전달(약제비 본인부담금 발생)

※ 단, 코로나19 먹는 치료제는 전액 국가지원

Home treatment of COVID-19 patients

1. Notification of COVID-19 patients and filling out investigation paper

• Patients can use medical institutions relevant to COVID-19 home treatment(respiratory patient care centers, medical consultation center, etc.)

2. Quarantine management

• Quarantine duty? Patients doing home treatment are not allowed to leave their residences or move to another place

• Quarantine period? Self-quarantine from the date of sample collection until midnight (24:00) on the 7th regardless of vaccination history

• Release from quarantine? It is automatically released at midnight(24:00) on the 7th day from the date of sample collection and PCR test is not necessary before release.

• After release from self-quarantine? Recommendation of caution for 3 days after release

3. Life management

• In order to prevent transmission between family members, patients doing home treatment, co-isolators, and cohabitants must use essential spaces(toilets, etc.) separately as much as possible.
