Busan is a movie city where a world-class film festival is held every year!

EXPO Friends, a foreign PR team living in Busan, has made a movie by themselves!

EXPO Friends participated in the “Village Film Making Project”, one of the Busan International Film Festival Community BIFF Program!

The “Village Film Making Project” is a project that is trained by a mentor director and directly participates in the entire film production process from scenario planning, acting, and filming. 

Therefore! EXPO Friends wrote their own scenarios, took acting classes, acted as actors, filmed movies, and even directed a hole movie! 

A total of two teams participated in the production of the movie, and director Oh Se-yeon and director Jung Ji-hye guided the entire production process from education to filming. 

On August 7th, both teams finished filming the movie!

Are you curious about the theme and how the short film set in Busan is made by foreigners living in Busan? As EXPO Friends from 13 countries communicated with each other in Korean and English and filmed a movie against the set of Busan, we could feel the potential of Busan, a global city. We think just watching the precious movie of Busan, which is the result of EXPO Friends from all over the world communicating in one place, contributes to creating a global city that is the stepping stone for hosting the EXPO.

Then, when can we see the movie produced by EXPO Friends? It's going to be screened during the Busan International Film Festival Community BIFF period!
