Busan Foundation of International Cooperation(BFIC) supported and participated in the event called "Norouz," a New Year's event(Busan Iranian community) held from the evening of March 20 to the dawn of the 21st.

 Every March of the Gregorian calendar, Iran celebrates its traditional holiday "Norouz". The word “Now“ in Persian means "bird" and "Ruz" means "day".

 More than 50 Iranians from Busan gathered together to celebrate Iran's New Year and welcome the upcoming spring with traditional music performances along with the “Haft-sin(a ceremony to pray for good luck and health in the year)” table setting representing “Norouz”.
