* ‘jeonse damage confirmation’ is a document proving jeonse damages such as no deposit return 1 month after termination or extinction of tenancy due to auction/public sale bid of a rent house

- Usage of the jeonse damage confirmation: Taking out a jeonse loan at raw or without interest at a bank, using public rent house for 6 months

- Support procedure:

Apply for jeonse victim decision → Decision(Victim/No victim) by Jeonse damage support team → Being recognized as a victim → The support center and Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation(HUG) guide various support measures in detail

- Place: Right side of the auditorium on 1F, Busan City Hall

- Counseling time: 10 a.m.~5 p.m.(Lunch time 12 p.m.~1 p.m.), No weekend and holidays
