1. Refrain from going out during the hottest time from noon to 5pm

2. Wear a wide-brimmed hat and lightweight clothes when you need to go out  

3. Drink water a lot and refrain from drinking caffeinated beverages and alcohols

4. Eat fruits, salads, etc. that are water-rich and easy to digest

5. If you have symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, headache, etc., you have to take a break in the shade

 

*Heat advisory : When the heat index value is expected to reach above 33 for 2 or more days

*Excessive heat watch : When the heat index value is expected to reach above 35 for 2 or more days
