The reporting system of lease contracts will be implemented from Jun 1, 2021.

- To be reported : housing lease contracts with a deposit of 60 million won or monthly rent exceeding 300,000 won(buildings for residential purposes such as housing, apartments, studios, gosiwons, dormitories, etc.)

- Reporting period : Within 30 days from the contract date

- How to report : Report to a community center or the real estate transaction management and submit a lease contract

* The fine of up to 1 million won will be imposed in case of false reports or being unreported.
