1. Accept daily life changed by the coronavirus

- Feeling tired, depressed, and anxious due to the prolonged coronavirus is a normal process for adaptation to new 

changes


2. Don't worry too much! Check the quarantine guidelines and practice them


3. Live a regular life


- If you maintain a regular life, immunity of your body and mind can be increased


4. Have a hobby or leisure time that makes your mind happy


5. Do physical activities such as stretching, walking, and exercising regularly


6. Keep in touch with your family, friends, and others

 

7. If you're having a hard time, ask for help


Take good care of yourself and people around you, and get professional help if need
