1. Drink water frequently

If you have kidney disease, consult with a doctor before drinking a lot of water.

 

2. Keep cool

Take a shower frequently, block sun and heat when going out, wear loose fitting, lightweight and light-colored clothes.

 

3. Take a rest during the hottest time

Take a rest from noon to 5pm and adjust levels of activity intensity as checking health condition.

 

4. Check temperature everyday

Refrain from outdoor activities in a heat wave.
