1. Overseas Korean(F-4) visa holder is unable to work in the fields of simple labor services, speculation behaviors and entertainment establishments.

2. Working visit(H-2) visa holder is only able to work in 39 fields of simple labor services.

3. If those visa holders were caught working in prohibited fields, they will be punished for violating Immigration Control Law.
