- The health insurance application is mandatory for foreigners who have stayed in Korea more than 6 months.

- The eligibility is individually managed according to residence and the insurance premium is individually imposed.

- The insurance premium should be paid by 25^th of every month.

- Disadvantage will be given to defaulters.

- Benefits are the same with Korean citizens.
