■ As of Jun 30, 2020, voluntary departure scheme was terminated. From Jul 1, illegal residents are no longer able to take advantage of the scheme and will be subject to fines and entry ban.

■ The fine amount varies depending on the date of voluntary departure.

☞ If one declares voluntary departure between Jul 1 and Sep 30, 30% of total fine amount will be imposed.

If it’s unpaid, a 1 to 10 year of entry ban will be imposed. From Oct 1, the fine rate will increase to 50% and the period of entry ban will be 3 to 10 years.
